Lights Flash as Fire Breaks Out at Costa Rica Electricity Substation

The night sky was lit up and tens of thousands were left without electricity after a fire erupted at a Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) substation in Desamparados, Costa Rica, on June 28.

Civilians within three blocks of the fire were asked to leave the area.
