Muay Thai fighter sends Geelong home invaders fleeing 'like feral rats'

A trio of Geelong home invaders have been sent packing empty handed after they woke the owner's Muay Thai trained girlfriend from her afternoon nap.

George Ramia was not at his Drumcondra home when the three thieves made their way in through the back door – but unfortunately for them, Marianne Valitutti was.

Ms Valitutti was feeling under the weather and decided to take a quick nap when the trio made their way into the luxurious property.

“I was in bed asleep and one litter critter was in the wardrobe and woke me. Thought it was George at first but then kapow and away they ran like feral rats,” she told News Corp.

CCTV shows the seemingly young group preparing to ransack Mr Ramia's home before they were sent fleeing empty handed.

“Three intruders then came in while she slept — one in the loungeroom, one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom — while she slept,” Mr Ramia added.

“She’s woken and yelled out thinking it was me, before she’s realised they were intruders and chased them out.

“They didn’t have a chance to steal anything.”

The prominent hotelier has beenthe target of repeat robberies in recent months when his girlfriend-turned-security-guard was not there to scare them off.
