Woman tells Victoria Police to 'stick it' after her weapons charges were thrown out of court

A woman who was charged with carrying a stockpile of weapons in her car north of Melbourne, taunted police on Facebook after her case was thrown out of court.

Bianca Micallef appeared at the Broadmeadows Magistrates' Court but the charges against her were dropped due to "insufficient evidence".

The 23-year-old wasted no time to boast her good fortune, taking to Facebook to announce: "All charges withdrawn/dropped ... PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE & SMOKE IT!!" the Herald Sun reports.

Ms Micallef was allegedly caught with nine firearms in her car in March along with an array of blades.

The cache included a sub machinegun, a rifle, a non-sawn-off rifle, a pump-action shotgun, double-and single-barrel shotguns and ammunition.

She was also allegedly carrying a samurai sword, five machetes, a knife, a crossbow with an arrow, an extendable baton and knuckle-dusters.

But the case was thrown out and police ordered to pay court costs due to "insufficient evidence".

"A determination was made that there was insufficient evidence to prove beyond reasonable doubt and as a result, the charges were dropped," a police spokeswoman told News Corp.

"While the prosecution in this matter hasn't proceeded, it is important the community is aware the firearms and weapons were seized at the time and taken off the streets."
