Runaway bus crash on busy Melbourne highway
A runaway bus has crashed into a ute as it careered across a busy Melbourne highway in the city's east.
The bus rolled across six lanes of the Maroondah Highway at Ringwood.
The bus was not carrying passengers and the driver of the ute escaped uninjured.

The bus driver had parked the vehicle on a nearby ramp while he went on a break.
Three lanes of the highway have been closed for several hours.
