Biker seriously hurt in Freo crash

A crash between a motorcyle and a car in Fremantle on Friday has left the motorbike rider with serious injuries.

Major crash investigators are seeking information about the crash in which a Kawasaki motorcycle was being ridden east on High Street about 2.25pm. At the same time a Toyota Corolla was being driven west on the same road.

The two vehicles collided at the intersection of Wilkinson Street.

A 57-year-old man from Yangebup, was thrown from his motorcycle and received serious injuries.

He was taken to Royal Perth Hospital by ambulance.
