WA Rugby League: Lions do it easy

South Perth easily defeated Kalamunda 48-18, in a workmanlike WA Rugby League performance at George Burnett Park on Saturday.

The Lions clearly had one eye on next week's semi-final during the first half. However Barney Nixon's men stormed home with a seven tries to one onslaught.

Jordan Jacobs made a productive return to first grade for the Lions.

North Beach outgunned Rockingham 52-36, with Ben Taylor's length of the field try a season highlight.

Joondalup finished 2014 with a win, belting Willagee 42-12.
