Team Krikke secures series

A third placed finish was enough for the Bunbury-based team, Krikke Motorsports, to win the World Series Sprincar series.

Driver Brooke Tatnell could not get past Kerry Madsen and Ryan Farrell in the 30-lap feature Grand Final at Perth Motorplex on Saturday night, but had enough points to win the illustrious title.

The professional racer from America was never challenged in the main event as he dominated in the Keneric Racing #29 in front of his Perth-based team owners.

Tatnell’s third was enough to win the WSS championship after his main rival David Murcott crashed out of the feature race late in the final.
