The healthy club sandwich

Makes 3 rounds

6 slices white or wholegrain bread

3 slices rye and sunflower bread

1 small tub low-fat cream cheese

2 big pink lady apples, grated

4 tbsp sultanas

2 big carrots, grated

4 celery sticks, finely diced


Spread the bread with the cream cheese. Top with the remaining ingredients to form a three-layered sandwich. Cut into fingers.
