Justice Crew have stayed at the top of the ARIA Singles chart for a ninth week with Que Sera - making it the longest run at No. 1 for an Australian act in the chart's 31-year history.

The 2010 Australia's Got Talent winners overtook the record of eight weeks held by Austen Tayshus' Australiana (No. 1 in August 1983), Savage Garden's Truly, Madly, Deeply (April 97) and Gotye's Somebody That I Used To Know (Aug 2011).

The last Australian to stay top for nine weeks was Olivia Newton-John in 1978 with You're the One That I Want, her duet with John Travolta from the film Grease. That was pre-ARIA.

"When we first heard Que Sera, we knew it was something special but this has gone above and beyond anything we could have ever dreamt of," group member John Pearce said.

"We are heading to the US next week to shoot a new video for Que Sera and start launching the single internationally."
