Fleetwood makes NSW acquisition
Fleetwood Corporation says it has bought aluminium tray and auto accessory manufacturer Bocar for $4.75 million.
The company was established more than 25 years ago in New South Wales.
"The acquisition provides Fleetwood subsidiary Flexiglass with increased scale in New South Wales, and the opportunity to distribute Bocar products through its Australia-wide network," Fleetwood said in a statement.
The acquisition would be funded through the company's existing financing facilities with Westpac.
Fleetwood shares were up three cents, or 1.39 per cent, to $2.19 shortly before the close of trade.
