Gindalbie names new CFO

UPDATE 1.15pm: Gindalbie Metals has named Oakajee Port and Rail's Wayne Zekulich as its new chief financial officer following the resignation of David Richardson.

Mr Richardson will leave the company at the end of the month to take up the position of chief financial officer with another unnamed company.

Besides his experience as the chief financial officer and chief development officer with Oakajee Port and Rail, Mr Zekulich has also worked for Commonwealth Bank, Rothschild, Deutsche Bank and Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu.

Gindalbie shares closed steady at 10 cents.
