Witnesses sought for Queens Park assault

Police have released a picture of a man they wish to speak to about an indecent assault in Queens Park in May.

At 8.45am on May 6, a 34-year-old woman was walking along Stephen Street in Queens Park when a man approached her asking for directions.

As the woman was speaking he indecently assaulted her before running away.

He is described as 15 to 20 years of age with dark skin, about 173cms tall, of slim build with short dark hair.

He was wearing a white t-shirt, dark knee-length shorts and thongs.

Anyone who can identify the man or who saw the incident can call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
