A 57-year-old woman parked her white Nissan Pulsar sedan on Walcott Street, near the intersection of Alexander Drive, and walked to the nearby Terry Tysack Aquatic Centre.

The Nissan was damaged and police say the car could have involved in a crash.

The woman had been involved with an incident on Alexander Driver, between Central Avenue and Walcott Street between 6am and 7.30am shortly before her car was damaged.

Police have asked for motorists who were in the area at the time or anyone who saw a collision to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
