He taste tests some of the most decadent dishes as a judge on My Kitchen Rules but it's no secret that, off screen, Pete Evans follows a strict health and wellness regime. The celebrity chef and health coach will now pass on his knowledge to others when he travels around the country for The Paleo Way tour, which focuses on a way of life commonly referred to as "the caveman diet".

Evans will share his tips on traditional ways of living alongside international paleo expert Nora Gedgaudas and 2013 My Kitchen Rules contestant Luke Hines. Meanwhile, rumours are swirling Evans is soon due to open a restaurant in Perth after he mentioned he was testing out recipes for a "West Oz" venture in a Facebook post.

Evans was reportedly due to open his first restaurant at inner-city luxury apartment accommodation Fraser Suites last month.

He is also putting the finishing touches on a paleo TV series that will air on Seven on the back of the success of his US series A Moveable Feast, which was recently nominated for a Daytime Emmy award.
