Man in court over cognac worth $10k

Man charged over $10,000 cognac theft

A 34-year-old man has faced court over the alleged theft of four bottles of cognac valuing almost $10,000.

Paul Suvada allegedly stole the bottles of Hennessy from a Kewdale freight distribution warehouse in the early hours of Sunday.

The machine operator from Belmont faced Perth Magistrates Court today charged with burglary and stealing.

He was bailed to reappear on May 19.
