Assault in Carillon City Arcade

Perth police are seeking the public's help with an investigation into an incident at the Carillon City Arcade yesterday.

At about 12.45pm, a 45-year-old woman entered the arcade from the Murray Street Mall entrance and descended the stairs into the store.

As she walked into the gift aisle, a man approached her from behind and indecently assaulted her before running from the store. The man was last seen running into the Murray Street Mall.

The offender is described as being 20 to 25 years of age, with fair skin, a solid build and short cropped brown hair.

He was wearing a blue "Rusty" t-shirt with a white emblem, grey shorts, white socks, black trainers and a pair of sunglasses on his head.

It is believed the person pictured may be able to assist police with their inquiries.

Anyone who can identify the person or has any information regarding this incident, is asked to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
