A teen girl has been arrested after allegedly killing a porn actress by stabbing her in the neck.

They have accused her of stabbing porn actress Luane Honorio de Souza, known professionally as Aline Rios, in May 2020.

Ms de Souza was admitted to hospital in the city of Duque de Caxias, where she remained for three months before succumbing to her injuries at the age of 28.

The two women had reportedly known each other for years and Ms de Souza, who was worried about her friend's finances, invited her to live at her house in Nilopolis.

The pair had only been living together for five days when a row ensued and the brutal attack took place.

Just hours after stabbing Ms de Souza in the neck, Silva was spotted in the centre of Nilopolis trying to flog the injured woman's belongings.

Porn actress buried without funeral service

Silva confessed to the police to stabbing Ms de Souza, claiming she did so in self-defence.

But the victim's relatives believed the crime was financially motivated.

The suspect has a criminal record for drug trafficking and vehicle theft, according to police.

Ms de Souza hailed from the city of Rio de Janeiro and had been an adult film star since 2016 when she took part in the Brazilian pornographic reality TV show, Casa das Brasileirinhas.

She was voted best new starlet in the Brazilian Sexy Hot Awards for her role in the film, Porno Fantasy 2, in the same year.

Ms de Souza was buried without a funeral service on September 3 two days after her death.
