A heated confrontation between a footy fan and pro-Palestinian supporters has broken out in front of a Melbourne CBD pub.

The TikTok user who posted the footage has since removed it, but the video spread wide on other platforms.

Pro-Palestinian supporters rallied through the city on Sunday as they have most every weekend for six months, with an assortment of drums, horns, loudspeakers and banners and flags.

The video starts after the confrontation has kicked off.

But combative scenes took place outside a pub on Bourke St.

A man wearing a white T-shirt and Sydney Swans scarf, and another man wearing a black T-shirt with a keffiyeh tied to his wrist get face-to-face on the footpath outside the Elephant and Wheelbarrow pub.

The clip begins after tensions have already been flare.

The man in the black shirt says “what are you going to do” as he gets nose-to-nose with the other man and pushes him in the chest.

The man in the white shirt says repeatedly “f**k off” before backing away and a hospitality worker steps in front of the Sydney supporter.

A man wearing a Palestinian flag then lunges into view of the camera, crashing into a standing heater.

The Sydney supporter then ducks into the pub. It appears the flag-wearing man goes after him before the footage cuts off.

The TikTok user who posted the footage uploaded at least 60 clips from the rally on Sunday.

Other videos show peaceful marching through the city, and people making speeches.

While the video of the confrontation has been taken down, a remaining video shows pro-Palestine supporters peering in through the Elephant and Wheelbarrow windows.

The Sydney Swans played at the MCG on Sunday.

The incident was not reported to police.

The Elephant and Wheelbarrow management declined to comment.
