Mum's horrific find in Coles frankfurts after kids ate them
A mother has made a revolting find inside cocktail frankfurts she purchased from Coles and cooked up for her kids as a quick and easy dinner.
The woman shared a video of one of the frankfurts being pulled apart to reveal what was crawling within the meat, in a post which has now been shared over 600 times.
The mother explained on Facebook she had purchased eight of the frankfurts from a Coles in Victoria to whip up for her children after swimming lessons, only to find maggots inside them.
She explained her son saw the maggots in his last one, though it was after the children had already eaten the rest.
Along with the video, the woman also shared her receipt.

Since the post was shared on November 25, many people have commented saying the maggots were “disgusting”, with some also suggesting the mother should reach out to Coles.
In an update, the woman explained she did contact the store in which she purchased them and she was told she would be reimbursed if she went in-store with her receipt.
“Coles takes the quality of all our products seriously,” a Coles spokesperson said in a statement to Yahoo News Australia.
“As always we encourage customers to return any item they’re not 100% happy with to their nearest store for a full refund or replacement.”
