Desperate search for 13-year-old girl who disappeared on family holiday

Fears are held for a Victorian teenager who has been missing for three days while on a family trip to Queensland’s Moreton Bay Region.

The 13-year-old girl was last seen in the early hours of Tuesday while holidaying with her family at Caboolture.

Police say the girl left the Tullawong Drive residence voluntarily, and her current whereabouts is unknown.

It is not known if the Victorian girl has left the Brisbane area, however she is known to use public transport and it is believed she may attempt to travel interstate.

The girl’s family and authorities hold concerns for her safety and wellbeing due to her age and a medical condition.

Police on Friday released a new photo of the teen as they continue to appeal for public assistance to help find the child.

She is described as Caucasian, about 155cm tall, with shoulder length black hair, brown eyes, and a proportionate build.

She may be carrying a black handbag and wearing a black necklace with an elephant pendant, as well as a silver bracelet with an Eiffel Tower charm.
