The pair first sparked romance rumours last month after Melissa shared a solo photo of Rob on her social media alongside a gushing caption.

“Gratuitous hot dad post, a day late for Father’s Day,” she began.

“Creator of world-class cosmetics and the brains behind Morris Motley, brilliant father to a legendary babe squad and the best part of my day, nothing but love.”

A number of Melissa’s followers commented on her recent posts congratulating her and her new relationship.

“Look at you go baby! You deserve all the love in your life,” Studio 10’s Sarah Harris wrote.

“What a pair of gorgeous humans!” MasterChef star Sarah Clare remarked, while another added, “So good to see you so happy Mel”.

After Celebrity MasterChef contestant Rebecca Gibney commented “He’s the lucky one”, Melissa told her that Rob had done her hair when he worked as a hairdresser.

“I thought I recognised that face!” the Back To The Rafters star replied. “Say hi!”

The relationship update comes after Melissa announced on Instagram in December that she and her husband Joe Jones, who owns the Melbourne cocktail bar Romeo Lane, were separating.

“It has brought us such happiness to walk together, but the time has come for Joe and I to part ways and walk on, apart,” she captioned the now-deleted post.

“We ask for your kindness and consideration for our privacy, we will not be making any further comment as our private lives have, and will always remain exactly that. We wish you peace at the end of such a challenging year for all.”

The pair had eloped to the Californian desert in February 2017 after five months of dating.
