MAFS' Sarah Roza poses in Kmart bikini after 10kg weight loss

Former Married At First Sight star Sarah Roza has posed in a bikini showing off her incredible 10kg weight loss.

The 42-year-old, who was famously ‘married’ to Telv Williams on season five of the reality show, took to her Instagram to upload a makeup-free snap while wearing a black bikini from Kmart.

“Melbourne 38 degrees,” she captioned the snap, revealing she was makeup-free except for a layer of mascara.

Sarah went on to say that her eyebrows, eyeliner and lips have been cosmetically tattooed on, saying that because it’s permanent makeup she does actually ‘wake up like this’.

“So nice to see you in such a natural shot. Without filters and lots of make up on, which I honestly don't think you need. You are a natural beauty. This is the best pic I've seen of you.,” one person commented.

“Stunning with far less makeup. You are gorgeous you don't need all if that,” another wrote.

Sarah had a rollercoaster ride on MAFS in 2018. At first it seems like she and Telv were the perfect match but their relationship was riddled with arguments.

While they both decided to stay together at the end of the series, they broke up in early 2019.

Sarah went on to post her weight loss journey on Instagram, taking to the social media account later that year to post a photo of herself in a red swimsuit, alongside the caption: “I used to cry but now I sweat.”

She told the Daily Mail that she worked hard for her transformation.

“I'm 42 years old now so I really had to make huge changes in all areas of my lifestyle and I'm really proud of myself for taking the necessary steps to improve my health,” she said.

“There's been no quick fixes or gimmicks... just lots of hard work.”
