A Queensland man has been arrested after attempting to smuggle $8000 worth of ice in his underpants.

Police said they discovered the drugs in the 32-year-old’s undies after intercepting a car on the northern Gold Coast on Saturday night.

They also allegedly found a clear liquid suspected of being the drug Fantasy, and a single round of ammunition in a bag inside the car.
