WATCH: Man jumps off bridge to supply friends with beer

Some will go to great lengths to ensure their friends don’t run dry.

And one Perth man has taken his dedication to supplying his companions with beer to the next level after he was filmed leaping from a bridge with a case of cold ones in hand.

Dramatic footage shows the brave man leap from the railings of what is believed to be Perth’s Stirling Highway Bridge with a case of Emu Export.

As he plummets to the water, he quickly loses grip of the case thanks to his flapping arms.

The man and the crate slam into the water as friends watch on from a nearby boat.

After a few seconds under the water, the daredevil and his beers emerge amid laughter from passengers onboard the vessel.

The video was uploaded to Twitter by bogus news site The Bell Tower Times on Monday.

“This guy is wasting no time with his resupply mission from the bottlo #emuexport #bombsaway,” they wrote online.

It is unknown when the footage was filmed.

WA Police has urged the person responsible for the footage to come forward.

“Members of the public who capture vision such as this are encouraged to take it to their local police station,” a WA police spokesperson told Yahoo7 News.

“Anyone who provides this vision has to be prepared to go to court as part of the prosecution should this be deemed an offence and a person is charged.”

It’s not the first time a man has made headlines with his dedication to the iconic WA lager, Emu Export, after a Qantas passenger checked in a single can of the beer during a domestic flight last year.
