Man claims his cat is saying 'hello' in 'unbelievable' online video
A man claims his cat has learned how to meow the word “hello”, which he has captured in an adorable video that has since gone viral.
David Major tweeted the video of his black cat on Friday 13th, appearing to communicate meow “hello”.
“Just got my cat to say ‘hello’. I don’t waste my Friday nights,” he tweeted with the clip.
The British pet owner, from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, described training his kitty Bluebell to greet him as the “single greatest thing I’ve ever achieved”.
“This is the start of something special. I’ll have her singing Bohemian Rhapsody in full by the end of the weekend,” he joked in a follow-up tweet.
Mr Major said the clip came about after he told a mate his cat often talked back when he spoke to her.
“I asked her to say ‘hello’ and to my surprise she actually did,” he told The Sun.
He reckon’s the clip has been viewed more than seven million times across various social media sites.
“It’s absolutely unbelievable,” he said of the moggy’s international fame.
