Hunt for mystery Lotto millionaire – could it be you?

The search for Lotto's latest mystery millionaire is on with Monday night's winner yet to claim their $1 million prize.

The ticket is unregistered so officials from The Lott aren't able to contact the NSW winner. Instead, they have to wait for the ticket holder to come forward.

The winning ticket was purchased in the Lake Macquarie area, north of Sydney, at Pharmacy 4 Less Mt Hutton.

Store manager Lauren Butterworth said the entire outlet was "so excited" to hear of the win and they hoped the winner realises their new-found fortune soon.

“We’ve been encouraging all of our players to check their tickets in hopes we find this mystery winner," she said.

“Whoever they are, we just hope they find out soon, so they can enjoy being a millionaire!

The Lott spokesperson Ally Ramsamy urges everyone who purchased their tickets from the Pharmacy to check their tickets.

“It’s likely this winner has been going about their day as normal with no idea they’ve become an overnight millionaire!” she said.

The winning Lotto numbers

The winning numbers were 20, 17, 15, 9, 5 and 24 while the supplementary numbers were 21 and 25.

In 2020, more than 111.6 million winners took home more than $3.33 billion in prize money from their favourite games at The Lott, including Saturday Lotto, Monday and Wednesday Lotto, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Set for Life, Lucky Lotteries, Keno, Super 66, Lotto Strike and Instant Scratch-Its.
