Hairdresser arrested after nipping customer's ear during bad haircut
A hair stylist has been charged after being accused of intentionally snipping a customer's ear and giving him a humiliating haircut.
The 22-year-old customer visited the hairdresser in Madison, Wisconsin in the US to get the sides of his head shaved and an inch cut off the top.
Police said hairdresser Khaled A. Shabani, 46, told the customer to stop fidgeting and then purposely nicked his ear with the scissors, Wisconsin State Journal reports.
It's alleged the hairdresser then ran the clippers with the shortest attachment down the middle of the customer's head, leaving him looking "a bit like Larry from the Three Stooges", police spokesman Joel DeSpain said.

The customer got up and left to have his head completely shaved by another hair dresser before going home for Christmas.
"While it is not a crime to give someone a bad haircut, you will get arrested for intentionally snipping their ear with scissors," Mr DeSpain said.
Mr Shabani claims the snip was an accident. He was arrested and charged with mayhem and disorderly conduct while armed.
