'Embarrassing' list of goals found on lost phone at Aussie ski resort
The phone's owner will likely have a red face after learning how many people have now read their goals.
Those among us who write down their goals are often commended — they are even admired.
Yet for one unsuspecting skier or snowboarder their list of quietly yearned after accomplishments have become public knowledge, with their red face now unlikely to be caused by ice burn.
A fellow visitor to Perisher Ski Resort in the NSW Snowy Mountains found a lost phone "half way down [the] front valley" and snapped a photo to inform the owner their device had been handed into the venue for collection. However, the phone's wallpaper was ever so slightly revealing.
Eight goals were typed out and used as the device's front screen, with aspirations like "get jacked and be 87kgs" and "have 3 girls on roster" noted in the list, as well as "don't get haircut for 3 months".
"Good luck on your goals," the phone's finder wrote online.
'Embarrassing' goals mocked online
While some of the goals are inarguably positive — such as "quit all nicotine" and "get good marks at uni", the other more questionable ones definitely raised a few eyebrows.
Images of the phone and the goal list were published on Facebook and have since gone viral, with many feeling "embarrassed" for the unknown owner, while others joked the goals were relatable.

"They are phenomenal goals," one user wrote, while another said the list "screams 20 years old".
"9. Zip phone in pocket so I don't lose it," a third wrote, suggesting a final goal be added to the list to avoid the sudden turn of events.
With many eyes now glancing over the unknown person's goals, it's fair to suspect the phone may be unclaimed in the lost and found box for a while.
