Body discovered near children's playground in Sydney's north
A body has been found near a children’s playground in a park in Sydney’s northern suburbs.
Emergency workers and police rushed to Hunter’s Hill about 7.30am on Wednesday after being alerted to the grim discovery in Buffalo Creek Reserve.
Drag marks 30m long were found near the body, believed to be that of a woman, which was discovered by a council worker.
NSW Police have set up a crime scene and are trying to work out how the person, who remains unidentified, died.
