Teen girls instantly regret joking around on fast-flowing waterslide

A fun waterslide ride quickly turned nasty when two girls who became stuck halfway down were crashed into by the next slider.

Footage capturing the disaster begins with the laughing girls splashing about as they descend the slide.

But they soon struggle to get moving again and their shrieks of delight quickly turn to screams of fear.

At first they don't appear too panicked - that is until one of the girls looks behind her to see another rider hurling down the slide - and quickly.

The pair scream as the third rider is fast approaching, head-first, before one of the girls stands up and tries to get out of the way.

But that just made matters worse, allowing the third rider to slams straight into her back with an audible thump, sending her catapulted into the air.

The video cuts out as the two girls tumble down the slide, screaming all the way down.

It is unknown where the video originated from and what injuries were suffered by the three in the collision.

The video was shared to Reddit by SteveV91 on Thursday and has already been viewed almost 16.6 million times.
