'Hope she was worth it': Scorned ex graffitis new car of ‘cheater’
A scorned ex girlfriend has vandalised the brand new car of a 'cheating love rat' in a brazen act of revenge after allegedly finding out about his infidelity.
The luxury car was parked in a restricted parking area behind Knightsbridge Harrods and the driver was slapped with a $250 parking fine on Wednesday, The Sun reports.
The red-faced motorist - wearing a white T-shirt and sunglasses - arrived at his vehicle to find the word “cheater” and “I hope she was worth it” scrawled across the car's tinted windows and bonnet.
To make sure her message was clear, the ex-lover also spray painted “it’s over” alongside the driver's front wheel.
Crowds of tourists stood around the AUD$173,000 car on Basil street and snapped pictures of the defaced vehicle as the alleged love rat sped off.
A parking inspector who issued the driver the hefty fine at around 2.30pm says it was because he was parked on double yellow lines for about two hours.
"It's been here for the past two hours,” he told the publication.
"That's why it's got a ticket."
