Two men charged as investigation into fatal western Sydney shooting continues

Two men have been charged following a possible gang-related fatal shooting in Sydney's west.

The shooting occurred Saturday afternoon outside a smash repair shop in Condell Park with two men gunned down in an industrial estate.

A 32-year-old man did not survive the shooting.

A 35-year-old survivor was taken to Liverpool Hospital and remain under guard as police investigate the crime.

The victim cannot be identified at this stage, he was due to face court on April 21.

A police investigation led to two 22-year-old men being charged with conceal serious indictable offence, NSW Police said in a statement.

They were refused bail and are set to appear in court.

The shooting happened near A Team Smash repairs on Ilma St.

It's believed it a business in the area is run by a well known Sydney crime family.

But instead of calling triple-zero, they were driven to Bankstown hospital.

Bullets were found scattered on the ground in the car park.

A mass of police resources was called in, going through two crime scenes.

The investigation continues.
