Hoax reporter tells us what economics really is

Spoof reporter Jonathan Pie has been adding a personal touch to his news broadcasts lately.

The foul-mouthed fake journalist has been dropping his own opinion into his broadcasts at every opportunity.

This time he begins by taking a swing at George Osborne, a British politician, followed by lashing out at Britain's economy.

"I honestly don’t have a clue what I just said there, one word in three I got of that and I was the one saying it, " Pie states after he finished recording.

The hoax reporter asked a producer through his earpiece to explain what economics is he then backs up by a load of swearing.

“I don’t even know how to say the f***ing word, you know."

Pie rattles on scenarios demonstrating how no one can really afford to live in London and sarcastically replies with, “Well where can i live?"

“Interest rates are up, GDP is down your mum is playing footsie with Dow Jones.
“Interest rates are up, GDP is down your mum is playing footsie with Dow Jones.

"A cupboard under the stairs for 500 quid ($1,074) a month."

The sarcastic reporter protests what the 'real f***ing news is’ stating that "our corporations are perfectly happy to rip apart our forests like they are ripping up an old f***ing carpet."

He finishes off his piece by reaching out and asking if his producer could even explain what economics means.

This no-nonsense, candid style has been going down well with online audiences and the series of broadcasts have generated an impressive amount of traction on his YouTube channel.
