Freo's Morabito may need more surgery
Fremantle's Anthony Morabito will consult a specialist, possibly as early as today, to determine whether he requires surgery on his troublesome knee.
Morabito has an on-going issue with cartilage deterioration and has been unable to join the Dockers' main training group during pre-season.
The club football department will seek further advice on the injury this week. But should the 23-year-old need to undergo the knife again he would likely be sidelined for around a fortnight.
Fremantle confirmed Morabito has yet to have surgery and the issue was no where as severe as the three knee reconstructions that have interrupted his 26-game career.
