Eel swallowing whole shark captured on video
Divers have captured a video of an eel swallowing a whole shark before it made its escape back out again.
The eel got hold of the shark as it was swimming by and it desperately tried to get the whole shark down. But it was an obvious struggle for the toothless predator.
Despite managing to swallow three quarters of the unlucky shark, with only its tail sticking out of the eel's mouth, the shark wiggled its way back out to freedom.
Although the eel disappointingly lost out on its dinner, it did not go for a second attempt despite the shark casually hanging around as if nothing had happened.
