Men hand themselves in over alleged assault

Three men have been charged after handing themselves into police over an assault in Adelaide’s CBD early yesterday morning.

A 23-year-old man remains in a serious but stable condition in the Royal Adelaide Hospital after has was allegedly bashed in Register St, in Adelaide’s west end, about 2.30am yesterday.

Police said the three men from Windsor Gardens has presented to the Holden Hill police station late last night, where they were interviewed by detectives and arrested.

They have been charged with aggravated assault causing serious harm and bailed to appear in court next month.
