Three children injured after Glebe explosion
Three children have been taken away in an ambulance with burns after an explosion at a home in Sydney.
Emergency services were called at 11:20am and four ambulances responded to the incident on Glebe Point Road.
A four-year-old boy, a three-year-old boy and a three-year-old girl were taken to the Sydney Children's Hospital.
According to a NSW ambulance spokesperson one child is in a serious condition.
Superintendent Tom Cooper told Fairfax Mediafirefighters reported that a woman was cooking on the stove when "something exploded" and a flash fire broke out, burning the children.
Firefighters and police are at the scene investigating the cause further.
