Boy stabbed during apparent 'accident' at Perth high school
Police are questioning a 14-year-old boy after a Perth student was stabbed during the lunch break at a local high school.
Paramedics were called to Swan View Senior High School around 1.30pm on Friday afternoon after the 16-year-old student was stabbed in the chest.

School staff provided first aid until an ambulance arrived the treat the 16-year-old teen.
In a letter sent home to parents, the incident was described as “an accident”, with support offered student witnesses.
"I am writing to inform you that an accident occurred at school this afternoon between two students during which a student was injured," principal Melesha Sands said.
"Police were notified and are making enquiries."
Forensic police cordoned off a large section of the school late on Friday and are now working to determine if the stabbing was intentional or accidental.
Officers seized a weapon, which appeared to be a knife.
