Two Australian skydivers killed in US motorbike accident

Two Australian skydivers have been killed in the US after a car veered onto the wrong side of the road and crashed into their motorbike.

Queenslanders Clay Anderson and Lisa Perdichizzi were killed in Brookline, New Hampshire, when a car crashed into on Tuesday.

According to local media Mr Anderson and another rider died at the scene, while Ms Perdichizzi was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

She died the next day.

The driver of the car, Michael Ramos, 41, was also reportedly taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Ms Perdichizzi and Mr Anderson were well-known skydivers in Australia.

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade is providing consular assistance to the family of the couple.
