Zoë Saldaña is spending some downtime with her family.

The Guardians of the Galaxy star, 45, shared a post on Instagram Friday, in which she highlighted various moments from her life that were recently spent with husband Marco Perego and their three children: twins Cy and Bowie, 9, and Zen, 7.

The clip kicks off by showing Saldaña and Perego cheering, before it cuts to some sweet selfies of the actress with her three sons, all set to the tune of Frank Ocean’s song “Lost.”

Other moments in the clip show Saldaña and her kids smiling during sunrise on a beach and relaxing in bed together.

Saldaña's two sisters, Cisely Saldaña and Mariel Saldaña Nazario, were also featured as well, alongside their own kids.

“Lost, lost lost…. In the best places, with the best people. Always lost…. Amen!,” Saldaña captioned the video along with a slew of emojis, including a butterfly, sunflower, rainbow, lucky clover and clock.

The actress previously opened up to PEOPLE in October about the pressures of being a parent, noting that the job is the "most amazing thing, but it's real."

"We are here to set very big tones for them in life on how to be, how to react, how to regulate, how to repair, how to heal, how to stand up for yourself,” she said. “So they're going to be constantly mirroring what you do, knowing that you're being observed at all times. It definitely makes you a lot more mindful than you have ever been in your whole entire life."

"We're very hard on our boys the same way we're hard on women. And boys are encouraged to be strong and to suppress their emotions," she said. "And then once you learn to do that so much for so long, you become completely excommunicated from your feelings,"

"We definitely understood the assignments and accepted it knowing that we were raising boys during a time when women's movements are so important," Saldaña added.
