Woolworths announces new Disney collectables range

The new collector cards will be released to celebrate Disney's 100th birthday.

Woolworths has partnered with Disney ahead of its 100th birthday — bringing customers of all ages "a special treat" in its latest collectables offer to be released next week.

From next Wednesday, with every $30 purchase, Woolies customers can bag the 'Disney 100 Wonders Collector Cards' that come in packs of three.

The new cards are part of the Disney universe and include well-known characters from Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars – meaning shopper can collect their favourites from Mickey Mouse and Woody to Captain Marvel and Grogu.

Prints of a limited holographic ‘ultra rare’ Walt Disney card have also been placed at random inside the packs for 100 lucky individuals to find.

Disney proud to 'honour' their history

“We love how passionate Aussies are about our characters and we look forward to seeing how Woolworths customers celebrate through building their Disney 100 Wonders Collector Cards collections,” he said.

Founded in 1923, The Walt Disney Company will celebrate the century on October 16.
