Woman wins big after buying 30 lottery tickets with same numbers
A woman’s instinctive decision to purchase 30 lottery tickets with the same numbers has paid off after she scooped an impressive $210,000.
Deborah Brown says she purchased 20 Pick 4 tickets with the numbers 1-0-3-1 after seeing those numbers “a couple of times during the day.”
Ms Brown, from Virginia, US, then bought 10 more because she was really feeling it.
The number combination won the February 11 draw with each ticket worth $7,000.
Ms Brown says she “nearly had a heart attack” when discovering her windfall.
She’s considering using the multiple prizes for home renovations.
Her win comes a month after an Australian won a mammoth $40 million after using an unusual sequence of numbers.
