Two dead with woman and toddler seriously injured after horror crash

Two people have died and a woman and toddler injured when their car rolled west of Brisbane.

Paramedics were called to the crash at the Forest Hill Fernvale and Old Fernvale Road intersection in Vernor about midday Friday.

Queensland Police confirmed the woman in her 50s will be airlifted to Royal Brisbane Hospital with critical injuries.

The toddler is being taken by road to the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital with serious injuries.

The two deceased remain trapped inside the vehicle. Queenland Ambulance confirmed they would not be taken to hospital.
