Daredevil completes dizzying highwire record attempt
Somehow, the Utah vista is the least impressive part of this video.
Theo Sanson taking a run at the world record for slacklining is though. The French daredevil has pulled off an incredible 500m walk between The Rectory and Castleton Tower at Castle Valley, Utah.
Not only did he make the distance but he did it at an absolutely dizzying height, as the footage (which is nearly as incredible as Sanson's feat) does a brilliant job of showing.
It took a team of 15 people (not including the film crew) to make the November 15 stunt successful.
If the reported 500m distance is confirmed, Sanson will have more than doubled the previous world record.
In August 2014, Julian Mittermaier walked 224 metres, 200 metres in the air, at the Mauvoisin Dam in Wallis, Switzerland.
Humans being impressive
Incredible archer
If you think beating the windmill on a mini-golf course is a challenge, get a load of this young Chinese archer.
With her bow and concentration taut, the skilled archer sent an arrow through four large fans spinning out of sync.
Soul-destroying golf trick shot
Ok, so he didn't nail it first go, but most of us wouldn't hit this shot in a million tries.
While most of us are struggling to keep the ball close to the fairway, these guys are out nailing dinner plates, presumably, just to make us feel bad.
Aussie daredevil's most spectacular feat
Australia daredevil Robbie Maddison out did himself with this death-defying stunt. a 91 metre jump over the waters of San Diego earlier this year.
Insane bricklaying skills
You don't have to risk live and limb to pull off the spectacular - this brickie managed to lay down 40 pavers in just 30 seconds. If he gets paid by the brick he will be a very rick man by the end of day.
