Video captures train driver falling asleep at the controls
A train driver has been suspended after he was caught falling asleep at the controls of a moving train.
The driver of the light rail train in the northeastern Chinese city of Changchun was spotted bobbing his head up and down as he battled to stay awake.
In the end he fell asleep.
The video caught the attention of transit authorities who suspeneded him.
"His thumb seems to still be holding the button," one person said on Chinese social media site Weibo.
While another wrote: "Tired with no rest, you can't blame him."
According to Changchun transit, the incident is being investigated.
