Our Travel Editor, Stephen Scourfield, has been to the Kimberley on assignment and through his own travels more than 50 times.
In addition to the many hundreds of travel stories he has written about this area and its people, he currently has two novels in print which are set mainly in the Kimberley, and which took decades to research and 15 years to write.
