Water police failed yesterday to find a boat that sank off Two Rocks on Monday.

Two fishermen, Ivan Hallissey, 36, and David Navin, 38, were rescued three hours after their 5.8m boat sank.

Water police returned yesterday to the area where the men's emergency beacon was activated but divers and sonar equipment could not find the boat.

Mr Navin remains in a critical condition at Joondalup hospital.
