Bunnings store robbed at knifepoint

Police are hunting three men who held up a Belmont hardware store using a knife earlier this month.

The two men were approached by a staff member at the Bunnings Store on Alexander Road when they attempted to leave with an item from the tool section they had not paid for at about 10.40am on June 15.

One of the men pulled out a knife in front of the staff member before the staff member backed away and the men left the store.

Police have released CCTV images of three men they want to speak to in relation to the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
