A woman allegedly used accelerant to set fire to her couch, causing a $100,000 blaze, gutting the house and causing smoke inhalation.
The blaze gutted the Craigie home and a woman was treated for smoke inhalation.
Firefighters were called to the Lotus Court unit just after 8.30pm last night.
A DFES spokesman said the fire did around $100,000 damage before it was brought under control.
Police were investigating the incident last night.
