Woman knocked off bike, robbed in SW

A woman was knocked off her bike and robbed in the South West in the early hours of this morning.

About 12.45am, a 30-year-old woman was cycling along Picton Road heading towards Bunbury.

Near the intersection of the South West Highway and Robertson Drive, she noticed three men walking in a northerly direction.

The men ran towards her and one man struck her on the right side of the face.

She was knocked her off her bike and her face hit the ground.

Whilst she was on the ground, one of the men tipped out her handbag and allegedly stole her mobile phone before the group fled.

There is no description of the men other than one was wearing a dark hooded jacket.
